Coveris Acquires Initial Packaging

Adding to its portfolio in the UK, Coveris announced the acquisition of Initial Packaging Ltd, a profitable business specializing in the production of protective, tamper evident and customized packaging for security, logistics and diagnosis applications.

With this acquisition Coveris gains access to new markets and distribution channels, as well as expanding its product portfolio and manufacturing capability in this region.
